Cerussite, Crocoite, West Comet Mine, Dundas, Tasmania

This is an old specimen from the West Comet Mine. The habit is quite similar to cerussite from the Kapi Mine, although larger crystals.

I remember seeing a very large specimen back in the early 1990s, that was either heading to, or coming out of (I can’t remember which) the South Australian Museum. It was very impressive!
