A random pick out of a box of minerals.
It is a specimen simply labelled as titanite, and has yellow prismatic titanite crystals with dark green (ferro-katophorite?), black (aenigmatite?), and green (aegirine?) pyroxene crystals, in an albite vugh.
The titanite from this location occurs in an unusual prismatic habit, quite different from titanite from other localities that I am familiar with.
You can find out more about this area by watching a video presentation by Henk Smeets given at a Micromount Club Zoom session back in September of last year.
