Wendwilsonite is a rare mineral that belongs to the Roselite Group, with a formula of Ca2Mg(AsO4)2·2H2O. It is known for its pale pink to red colour. It has two Co-Type Localities: Bou Azzer, Morocco; and Sterling Hill, New Jersey.
Wendwilsonite is named after Dr. Wendell E. Wilson, who is a prominent mineralogist, editor, and publisher of the Mineralogical Record.
