I just started crude photography with my pixel 7a and a stand, to my scope. I'll have to try that cardboard tube thing. How short, about an inch?
Hi Mike. I no longer have it, but I reckon it was about 45mm or 50mm. I used the inside cardboard tube from a pack of garbage bags, cut to length. Nice and strong, and the inside diameter was the right size for my microscope eye piece (32mm).
